The Challenge

How can an eco-friendly beauty brand improve its online store to attract more visitors, boost sales, and reduce cart abandonment?

Mira Commerce partnered with Honeybee Gardens to redesign their website, focusing on both design and functionality to create a frictionless shopping journey. Our team reimagined key areas of the site, including the Global Header, Home Page, Footer, Search Page, Category and Product Pages, Shopping Cart, and Checkout. The process was focused on aligning with Honeybee Gardens brand identity while improving usability, ensuring a more engaging and intuitive customer experience.

One of the standout features we introduced was the Personal Color Analysis Tool. This interactive tool allows customers to find beauty products that best suit their skin tone, creating a more personalized and enjoyable shopping journey. By reducing uncertainty, this feature helped customers make confident purchasing decisions, increasing conversion rates and satisfaction.

Beyond the frontend experience, we focused on backend optimizations to enhance performance. We integrated Klaviyo for targeted email marketing campaigns and Smile for a robust customer loyalty program. To further improve efficiency, we leveraged Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics (GA) for deep insights into customer behavior, enabling ongoing optimization and data-driven decision-making.

SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO) played a crucial role in our approach. We refined product pages, improved search functionality, and optimized page speed to ensure a seamless experience across devices. These enhancements resulted in better organic visibility, increased traffic, and a smoother checkout process, reducing abandoned carts and boosting completed purchases.
